The Commercial Centre at San Blas is a short stroll, (or €4.00 in a taxi), and here you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and banks etc. The new San Miguel Marina is within a 10 minute walk too. There is also a small beach next to the Marina. The lovely fishing village of Los Abrigos is about a 20 minute stroll along the sea front.

There are several golf courses within a 20 minute drive. For the golf novices, there is a crazy golf course situated next to the main golf course, along with short mat bowling. Crown green bowling is available at a nearby hotel too.

It has a good sized bathroom with a bath and shower. It also has a private balcony that boasts a view of the pool, as well as Mount Teide. This apartment has a strict no smoking policy, although it is permitted on the Patio.
